Privacy notice
Last updated 1 September 2026. This is a short, plain-language notice for the CaterFit early-access website. It will be replaced by a full privacy policy before any paid product launch.
What this covers
This notice covers the marketing website at caterfit.dev and the early-access / expression-of- interest form on it. CaterFit is in development; we are not yet processing wearable, health or customer production data through this website.
What we collect
When you submit the early-access form we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, and optionally your company, website, a short message, and whether you’d like product updates. We also receive standard technical request data (such as your IP address) which we use only for basic abuse prevention.
How we use it
We use your details solely to contact you about the CaterFit design- partner pilot and, if you opt in, to send occasional product updates. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
Who processes it
Your submission is delivered to us by email through our email provider (Resend) and stored in our business inbox. Our website is hosted on Vercel. These providers process the data on our behalf so we can receive and reply to your enquiry.
Retention & your choices
We keep enquiries only as long as needed to follow up and maintain our waitlist. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your details, or unsubscribe from updates, at any time by emailing admin@caterfit.dev.
